A free event on Thursday, February 27 at Jewish Senior Life will feature champagne & prosecco tasting as guests discover the stories behind two champagnes and one prosecco, expertly presented by Paula from Plum Market, delightful Kosher pairings from the Hechtman kitchen to complement each bubbly selection, and a mimosa bar created by a sommelier. Guided tours will allow guests to explore Hechtman’s beautiful independent-living apartments and experience everything the community offers to its residents.
