Wine Dinner with Slo Down Wines
On Monday, February 16, Aurora On The Lake will host a lakeside evening with Brandon Allen, founder and winemaker of Slo Down Wines, bringing California’s Central Coast energy to Commerce Township for a relaxed, conversation-driven tasting experience.
Unlike a traditional sit-down wine dinner, this evening is designed for mingling and discovery. Guests will enjoy strolling appetizers and multiple pours from Slo Down’s playful and bold portfolio, including fan favorites like Slow Jams, Sexual Chocolate, Send Nudes, and Love Hammer. Brandon Allen will share the stories and philosophy behind each wine, offering a behind-the-scenes look at his natural winemaking approach. Set against stunning lakeside views, this one-night-only event invites guests to sip, stroll, and slow down while connecting with the winemaker himself.
