Alan, a West Coast native with profound knowledge of the Pacific Northwest—developed through his career as a soil scientist, geologist, researcher, and educator at Washington State University—brings deep viticultural expertise. Steve, an Iowa farm boy and seasoned entrepreneur in agriculture and real estate, recognized the region’s untapped potential.
Together, they produce wines from Washington’s top AVAs, capturing the true essence of Red Mountain and Walla Walla terroirs.
Guiding this journey is acclaimed winemaker Josh Maloney, known for crafting over 70 wines scoring 90+ points and experience at renowned estates like Stags Leap Winery and Chateau Ste. Michelle.
