America 250 Summer Kickoff
The Iowa National Guard presents its annual concert series with the America 250 Summer Kickoff, featuring live performances by the 34th Army Band’s Scrap Metal and a headlining set by Standing Hampton. Admission is free, with free parking available.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the large lawn area at the historic Pool Pavilion at Camp Dodge. Food trucks will be on site, or attendees may bring their own food and beverages. The event is designed for all ages and includes family-friendly activities and play areas for children.
The event area opens at 4 p.m., with music beginning at 5 p.m.
