Celebrate the season of thanks at The Brown Palace Hotel’s Thanksgiving brunch, which will feature an elevated, reception-style buffet filled with delicious delights to evoke the feeling of the season. Highlighted dishes include Philly cheesesteak soup, ravioli with spinach and butternut squash, and salmon with bok choy, roasted onions and a miso glaze, alongside side dishes like Brussel sprouts with herbs and browned butter, baked acorn squash with pecans and cheese, and whipped sweet potato. A seafood bar and carving station will also be available, offering roasted turkey with gravy and house made orange cranberry relish, and oven roasted prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream. A decadent dessert bar will be overflowing with seasonal sweets including rum butterscotch mousse, sweet potato pie tartlets with toasted meringue, a bananas foster station, and more.
