Before the Sun w/ nolen and friends
The band formed in 2023 around the long time friendship of Clare Elich (banjo), Summers Baker (guitar), Grace Clark (percussion), and Joe D’Esposito (cello, fiddle). They play together with the goal of bringing audiences into the magic of acoustic music, and they seek at every turn to write and perform songs that uplift those around them.
About nolen and friends
Nolen Ramminger is a Denver-based songwriter and storyteller. With simple melodies and down-to-earth lyrics, he captures moments of everyday life that feel both personal and universal. Whether playing alone or with friends, Nolen’s songs reflect a love of stories and a deep connection to the people and places around him. Nolen & Friends’ latest ep, ‘four songs, front lawn’ was released in October of 2024.
