Dream Dance Studios in Lakewood has welcomed Melissa T. to teach a fun and energetic dance fitness class on Saturday mornings! "Wake the Fit up!" includes Warmup, Stretch, Bodyweight strength, Cardio, and Cooldown, all set to catchy tunes. DDS offers a full schedule of classes. Check them out!
