Enjoy Patty Clayton’s music and stories of the American West in her presentation, “Ben and Ole’s Land”. Through traditional cowboy songs, western swing, and original music, Patty will celebrate the heritage, landscapes, and people who helped shape western culture. Her program blends storytelling and history, offering insight into the traditions and everyday lives reflected in western music. Known for her authentic style and strong storytelling, she performs music inspired by ranching life, western landscapes, and pioneer heritage. Patty performs throughout the West as both a solo artist and with musical groups, earning recognition for performances that combine music, history, and humor.
Guests are always welcome at FhGS activities. There is ample parking and an accessible entrance at Applewood Valley United Methodist Church, 2035 Ellis St., Golden, CO, 80401. Arrive at 11:30 a.m. for the noon potluck lunch in the lower-level Fellowship Hall followed by the 1:00 p.m. program. Guests with last names beginning with letter A thru M – bring a main dish; N thru Z – bring a salad or vegetable side dish. Bring dishes that serve 8 or more after 11:30 AM for the noon luncheon. Please label serving utensils and dishes that contain nuts or fish. Dessert, dinner rolls, butter, coffee, punch and tableware will be provided. Questions?
