An Oyster Affair at Kisbee on the Roof
Kisbee on the Roof is teaming up with Oyster Bae for an evening of oysters, craft cocktails and sunset views on August 6 from 6-9 p.m. The rooftop will be open for all guests to enjoy the summer menu, but those looking for a more curated experience can pre-purchase $40 tickets for the Raw Oyster Experience, which includes a welcome cocktail and unlimited oysters (while supplies last) from three live shucking stations hosted by Oyster Bae. For a more private setup, the Oyster Cabana Experience ($350 + $300 F&B minimum) offers seating for six, the full raw oyster package and a dozen charbroiled oysters. Additional specials during the event include a summer crab salad, seasonal ceviche, charbroiled oysters and rooftop-ready cocktails like the Dirty Oyster martini and Grapefruit Sunset Affair. RSVPs are encouraged; ticketed experiences are limited. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
