Winter Carnival at Excel Academy
The Excel Academy Winter Carnival is a beloved community tradition that brings together families, students, teachers, and neighbors for a joyful celebration of the season. On Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Excel Academy will open its doors to welcome guests of all ages to a day filled with creativity, entertainment, and community spirit.

The school will be transformed into a festive winter wonderland, with classrooms serving as themed craft stations, the gym buzzing with student‐run carnival booths, and the halls lined with homemade treats and creative displays. Supporting Student Field Studies One of the most meaningful aspects of the Winter Carnival is its role in supporting Excel Academy’s extended overnight field studies. Booths will operate using PTO tokens, which can be purchased at the event or pre‐ordered in advance. Proceeds from token sales directly fund these field studies, giving students opportunities to learn beyond the classroom through immersive experiences in nature, science, and history.
