The holidays can be a season of joy and connection—but if you’re grieving, they can also feel heavy, complicated, or even overwhelming. You don’t have to face that alone.
This 4-week series is designed with care for anyone carrying grief. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll learn practices to help you feel more grounded, supported, and steady during the holiday season. Each week offers tools, reflection, and community in a safe, small group setting.
✨ What we’ll explore together:
Week 1 – Grief in the Body: Why we often feel grief physically, plus tips for nourishing sleep and nutrition during “season’s eatings.”
Week 2 – Grief in the Mind: Tools to acknowledge guilt, regret, or sorrow—and gently shift toward new thought patterns for the holidays.
Week 3 – Honoring Our Losses: Creating meaningful ways to remember and honor your loved ones while shaping new traditions.
Week 4 – Holiday Planning & Self-Care: Preparing Plans A, B (and even C!) for traditions and gatherings, with strategies for self-care and support.

Sundays: Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23 | 1:00–2:30pm
