Yoga for Grief 6-Week Series with Nancy Watson


Our 6-week Yoga for Grief series offers a space to breathe through the pain and find gentle ways to start mending. Not to make things perfect but to discover how to move forward, piece by fragile piece. The classes are highly inclusive and adaptable. Modifications for every pose will be offered, ensuring accessibility for all bodies and abilities. If physical limitations make it challenging to transition between floor and standing poses, chair yoga options can be seamlessly incorporated. The goal is to meet you where you are, both physically and emotionally. Yoga props—including mats, blankets, and blocks—will be provided to support your practice. Journals and pens will also be available, but participants are welcome to bring their own if they prefer something personal or meaningful for their reflections. This series is an opportunity to find solace and connection, offering gentle guidance and understanding as you navigate your journey through grief.
