At 9 PM, the doors open for our Dinner & Show featuring Chicago blues artist Ivan Singh. His electrifying blend of Latin blues and magnetic stage presence makes every performance feel alive. This late-night celebration includes a prix fixe dinner, party favors, a champagne toast, and a midnight countdown as the band carries us into 2026.
