The exclusive event unites Menagerie Wines, Napa Valley’s celebrated label led by master winemaker Philippe Melka, and David Yarrow, one of the world’s most renowned fine art photographers, for a multi-sensory dining experience that redefines luxury.
A collaboration between Menagerie’s founders Lisa and Ricky Novak and Maple Hospitality Group, the evening features a four-course culinary journey paired with Menagerie’s new limited-edition wine release — each bottle showcasing one of Yarrow’s evocative wildlife photographs. Each bottle, meticulously crafted by Melka, exemplifies the elegance, depth, and complexity that define Napa Valley’s most celebrated wines. Every course is designed to harmonize flavor, art, and narrative, offering guests a rare opportunity to engage directly with both creators.
The evening unfolds with a four-course, narrative-driven tasting experience crafted by Monarch’s culinary team and paired with Menagerie’s signature wines—each course telling its own story through flavor, texture, and artistry. The dinner will also feature the exclusive release of the inaugural Menagerie x Yarrow Cabernet Sauvignon (2021 vintage).

Third Course
28-Day Dry-Aged Striploin – bourbon, taleggio whipped potatoes, Burgundy truffles, barolo jus | paired with Menagerie “Conspiracy of Lemurs”

Dessert Course
