Council for Life Luncheon Featuring Pastor Greg Laurie and Singer Ellie Holcomb
Dallas-based Council for Life announces A Revolution for Life Luncheon on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. The goal of the Luncheon is to raise a record $1.5 million to fund 26 local life-affirming nonprofits that serve vulnerable mothers facing an unplanned pregnancy and their babies.
Since 2001, Council for Life has raised and donated more than $14 million to 75 agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area dedicated to helping mothers, fathers and families flourish. Learn more at councilforlife.org.
Portrayed in the 2023 box office hit Jesus Revolution, Greg Laurie is the featured Luncheon speaker. Laurie is the renowned Senior Pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship based in Riverside, California. Luncheon guests will enjoy the musical talents of singer, songwriter and Dove Award winner Ellie Holcomb.
Council for Life is thrilled to announce Laura and Scott Luttrell as this year’s Luncheon Honorary Chairs. The Luttrells are passionate defenders of the sanctity of life and dedicated advocates for families.
Dallas philanthropic leaders Antoinette Davis and Elizabeth Tamlyn are CFL’s outstanding Luncheon Co-Chairs. “We are immensely grateful to our Honorary and Luncheon Chairs for their generous support of Council for Life and unwavering, courageous and bold stand for Life,” states CFL’s Executive Director, Lee Anne Morris.
The Luncheon Beneficiaries are the heart of CFL’s mission to empower women, men and youth to make life-affirming choices. These agencies provide compassionate care and vital resources free of charge through Pregnancy Resource Centers, Maternity Homes, Adoption and Foster Care, Post-Abortion Support / Baby Loss Grief, Parenting and Life Skills Education, Early Childhood, Youth and College Education and Targeted Media Outreach.
