Farmstead Eggstravaganza
This family friendly event features an egg hunt with thousands of prize-filled eggs for children ages 10 and under. Guests of all ages will delight in the joys of spring on the Blackland Prairie with the shearing of the Farmstead’s sheep, a sheep to shawl demonstration, a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny and more!
The Dallas Handweavers and Spinner Guild will demonstrate wool and fiber processing, weaving and more.
The Egg Stand – Burger Food Truck will be serving their famous egg burgers for purchase.
Holman Pottery will be demonstrating their craft. Stop by and see the beautiful one-of-a-kind hand-crafted pottery!
Georgia’s Farmer’s Market will have a wide array of fresh fruits and veggies for purchase.
Performances by ScottSound Banjo Jam and North 40 Storytellers in the historic Pole Barn.
Donuts, popcorn and water will also be available to purchase.
New this year is a Golden Egg Scavenger Hunt! Find all 12 Golden Eggs on the Farmstead and receive a prize at the end of your hunt.
Egg Hunts are scheduled every 30 minutes. Please purchase your child’s egg hunt tickets based on their age. Egg crates will be provided for children to collect their eggs.
Ages 0-3 years: 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM
Ages 4-6 years: 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM
Ages 7-10 years: 11:00 AM
Ages 0- 12 years: 12:00 PM

Farmstead Eggstravaganza is an outdoor experience on a 4-acre Farm. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Event is rain or shine.
