Citizens' Evening
The doors open at 6 p.m. This free event is open to all community members and will include the Mayor’s State of the City speech, which will focus on new developments, programs, and events within the City. Citizens will have the opportunity to mingle with City officials, meet members of the Neighborhood Advisory Commission, browse City informational booths, and speak with various social service agencies throughout the community.
The event agenda also includes the presentation of the Carrollton Volunteer Awards, including the Volunteer of the Year, Youth Volunteer of the Year, Neighborhood Leadership, and Outstanding Community Organization Awards, facilitated by the City’s Neighborhood Partnership Office. These awards recognize individuals, organizations, and leaders who have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional community service to the City of Carrollton and its residents in 2025.
