Balance and Self-Care Workshop for Teens


This program is free and no registration is required. Life’s a lot — between school, friends, social media, and trying to get enough sleep, finding balance can feel impossible. This 60-minute interactive session helps you figure out what actually works for you when it comes to managing stress, energy, and emotions. Through quick activities, real talk, and reflection, you’ll learn how to: -Spot signs of stress before they take over -Build simple self-care habits (that go beyond “just take a break”) -Boost focus, confidence, and calm throughout your week No lectures, no one-size-fits-all advice — just tools you can try, tweak, and make your own. Ground yourself before the rest of the semester catches up to you! This program is intended for Middle School and High School-aged Teens only!
