This edition of Bar Stars on Sunday, November 10 features Phoenix’s Century Grand, crowned the 2023 Tales of a Cocktail: Best Cocktail Bar in the US and ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars.
Taking over the bar atop the Beacon Grand, the award-winning team—led by the visionary Mat Snapp, known for his work at The Twelve Thirty Club, and Alex Montoya, formerly of Rough Rider—will bring their signature flair inspired by the roaring '20s.
Sip on iconic cocktails like Miss Illinois, shaken with dill-infused gin; Nobody Wants Me, a bright cocktail made with Patron and mint-infused Oxley Gin; or the 5th 8th Country Club, with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and grapefruit aperitif.
