Art Gallery at the Orinda Library: "Beautiful World"

The Lamorinda Arts Council showcases the unique perspectives of five Muslim women artists from the Bay Area: Mubarra Ahmadyar, Latifat Titilayola Apatira, Bushra Gill, Hedaya Hasan and Arshia Saifuddin. Through diverse art forms, they explore themes of faith, identity, and nature, finding the extraordinary in everyday life. Inspired by their spirituality, they create thought-provoking works that challenge our perceptions and reveal a world both seen and unseen. The exhibition reminds us of the interconnectedness of all things and invites us to rediscover wonder and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. Meet the artists at a reception in their honor and mingle with other art lovers on Saturday, February 8 from 2:30 to 4:30p. where light refreshments will be served.
