Is Food a Problem for You? You Are Not Alone.
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of people who support each other in recovering from compulsive eating and food behaviors. If you feel you have a problem with food, OA welcomes you—no matter what your background, beliefs, or eating habits.
We hold an in-person meeting on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM at Crosswalk Church, Conference Room #1, 2590 1st Street, Napa. Contact: Annette 773-315-0073. You may view all North Bay OA in-person and online meetings at https://www.northbayoa.org/meetings.html .
In OA, members experience spiritual, emotional, and physical recovery by practicing the Twelve Steps and living by their spiritual principles—one day at a time.
• OA is not a diet club or calorie-counting program.
• Members have different plans of eating.
• OA does not endorse any specific food plan.
If food is causing problems in your life, you don’t have to struggle alone. Recovery is possible, and help is available.
