Hand-Printed Holiday Cards
Share your creativity with loved ones by making an edition of hand–printed, nature–inspired holiday cards from a linoleum block. In this workshop, we will create one–color designs inspired by seasonal botanicals and California natives such as Toyon (Christmas Berry) and Sugar Pine. You will learn the step–by–step process of carving your designs onto linoleum blocks, inking the blocks, and printing them onto cards. You will make a minimum of 6 hand printed holiday cards using red, black, or blue ink. Hand coloring supplies and festive embellishments will also be available.
