Yoga for Stress and Anxiety (Ages 6-11)
Caregivers and siblings welcome. Bring your own yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Yoga mats will be available if needed. Registration is not required.
Please attend only 1 session (3pm or 4pm).
If your child is ages 6-7, you or a caregiver (age 18+) must remain in the room to supervise for the duration of the event.
