Blind Confidence Cocktail Competition- VASO Dublin
Join VASO Dublin for a night of cocktail mastery hosted by the one and only Music Mixologist Dayna Sol, who’ll be spinning the perfect beats to keep the energy high as the competition heats up! Six teams of three bartenders each will battle it out in a high-speed cocktail showdown, crafting their standout drinks in four exciting categories:
• Boozy & Stirred – Bold, spirit-forward classic riffs
• Light & Refreshing – Crisp, bright, and easy-drinking
• Evanescent – Delicate, effervescent, and fleetingly delightful
• Freestyle – Anything goes!
At the start of each round, teams will dash to the ingredient table to select their spirit, cordial, and fresh produce before returning to their fully stocked stations to create their masterpiece. A panel of blind judges, featuring Bob Vitale, Dining Reporter at The Columbus Dispatch, Sav McKee, Associate Editor at 614 Magazine and Mark Tinus, Beverage Professional and Founder of Simple Times Mixers, will score each drink on creativity, balance, and execution. First place prizes for the winning team of each category, with one grand prize for the overall winning team!

Doors open at 5:30 pm, event starts at 6 pm. Tickets are $50 each and include 2 cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres.
