The Central Ohio Folk Festival is an annual, two-day, family-friendly celebration of music and community, taking place June 6 & 7, 2026. Set in the beautiful Bank Run Metro Park in Lockbourne, Ohio, the festival features multiple stages showcasing a refreshing mix of folk, roots, and Americana performances by regional, local, and national artists. Please note, Bank Run Metro Park is in its final phases of construction and not currently open to public.
Are you a music lover itching to catch some live roots music in a great outdoor setting? A musician eager to hone your craft or join in spontaneous jam sessions? Or perhaps you’re looking for an event the whole family can enjoy? You’ll find it all here.
Festival offerings include 30-plus music workshops for all levels and instruments, and five open jam tents—each with a distinct focus: bluegrass, old-time, folk-folk mix, pure song, and one just for beginners. In addition to four performance stages, the festival features music, storytelling, and crafts for kids, youth and young adult programming, a festival store, food trucks, and Nocterra craft beer. Please note, no alcohol is permitted coming into or leaving the grounds. Community favorites like the opening and closing sing-alongs and daily drum circles bring everyone together in the spirit of music and connection.
PRE-SALE General Admission tickets are only $10 (adults 18 and over) or ON-SITE for $15. Under 18 is free. Tickets cover both days and include lawn seating for Saturday night’s headliner concert. HEADLINER PREFERRED SEATING tickets are $20 and include General Admission. To purchase tickets, visit columbusfolkmusicsociety.org/festival and click on the GET TICKETS link.
