For the Hope of it All - March 2 at The Hollow

In September 2024, Sarah noticed a lump on her upper back. She went to her chiropractor, thinking it was a muscle knot, but imaging revealed that there was a large tumor near her spine. Over the following weeks, she underwent additional imaging, saw several specialists, and had a biopsy. The biopsy results showed that her tumor was an exceptionally rare cancer called spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma. Unfortunately, this is an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and Sarah's tumor was deemed inoperable. With surgery out of the question, her treatment has involved intense chemotherapy and now radiation. Sarah is surrounded by an amazing group of friends and family who have supported her in this journey so far, but as many of you know, cancer treatment is costly. We are hoping to raise enough money during this fundraiser to support Sarah and her family during this challenging time, including traveling to sarcoma centers such as Sloan Kettering to get their input on her treatment. Thank you for support!
