The Columbia Garden Club Spring Plant Exchange will be Sat., March 14, in Talbot’s parking lot, 4809 Forest Dr., next to First Citizen’s Bank.
The CGC invites the public to bring plantings labeled to share and swap. Free attendance. No invasive species accepted.
The plant exchange is a semiannual event for traditional “passalong plants,” acquired when another gardener shares free seeds, cuttings, plants, shrubs and trees).
The Columbia Garden Club is celebrating its 100th Year with the theme, “A Century in Bloom: Cultivating Gardens, Hearts, and Legacy.”
