2026 Cocky Trot 5K
This spirited race will take participants through Gamecock Park and the indoor/outdoor football practice fields with the start and finish at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds — note the course has been updated this year due to construction at Williams-Brice Stadium. All runners and walkers receive a Cocky Trot t-shirt, finisher medal, post-race refreshments, and access to discounted football and baseball tickets, with special prizes for top finishers. Early bird registration is open through March 22 — don’t miss out
