We begin the day with intention and goal setting, creating space for clarity and inspiration. Then, energize your body with a power yoga class. Afterward, savor a Southern-style brunch, where simply crafted recipes highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients that nourish from within. Following brunch, enjoy a guided walking tour of the BullStreet District, a vibrant blend of history and modern development. In the afternoon, settle into deep relaxation in an afternoon restorative yoga with aromatherapy, allowing your body to fully unwind after the day’s experience.
