He currently serves as the head of maintenance for the Arlington Church of God. After a troubled past and 15 years in prison, from Islam to no religion to a real encounter with Jesus Christ after 10 years into his sentence. He loves to talk about that first real encounter with Christ, who saved his life in many ways and changed his whole trajectory, giving him hope and direction. He hopes his transparency and testimony will bless someone and ultimately lead them to CHRIST.Nobles Darby - Nobles C. Darby IV is a former athlete turned faith-driven leader whose calling reaches the highest levels of professional sports and corporate spaces. While his childhood pursuit was the NFL, his path shifted to serving it—now impacting the NFL, NBA, and G League as Chaplain for the Cleveland Browns and Co-Chaplain for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Charge.As a sought-after speaker, Nobles delivers inspiring, purpose-centered messages that challenge leaders and teams to align passion with purpose. A Cleveland native and former three-sport athlete, he is deeply committed to empowering coaches, athletes, youth, and leaders to walk boldly in God’s divine will.Coby Bryant - Cleveland, OH native, attending the University of Cincinnati. First-team All-AAC in 2020 and 2021, AFCA first-team All-American, Walter Camp first-team in 2021, Jim Thorpe Award winner in 2021. Being the first player to ever win the award from the University of Cincinnati. Coby was drafted in the 4th round by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2022 NFL Draft. 2026 Super Bowl Champion!Ronnie Bryant - Ronnie Bryant was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a minor in Counseling, specializing in drug and alcohol dependency, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Akron. During Ronnie's enrollment at the University of Akron, he was a 4-year recipient of the Purnell-Fort Academic Scholarship award. For over 36 years, Ronnie has worked directly with males in the Akron and Cleveland area. Such work consisted of, but was not limited to, creating support groups, facilitating youth & adult community-based programs, and teaching comprehensive education in multiple school districts. In addition, he was afforded the privilege to be an advocate for the Summit County Youth Advocate Program, which entailed specializing in problem-solving, group therapy, job training, image awareness, and self-esteem enhancement. Over the past 20-plus years, Ronnie has had the unique honor to work alongside one of Cleveland's biggest youth trailblazers, Coach Ted Ginn, Sr. Within these 20 years or so of being involved with Glenville/Ginn Academy, Ronnie has had the opportunity to implement core values and principles to countless young men, their communities, and their families alike.
