Stardust: The Songs of Hoagy Carmichael, at Maltz Performing Arts Center on January 24, 2026
The 10th annual collaboration between the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra and The Musical Theater Project celebrates the songs of Hoagy Carmichael. A jazz legend, Hoagy composed (and often wrote lyrics for) a beloved chapter of the Great American Songbook besides writing for many films. Just think of “Skylark,” “Georgia on My Mind,” “Heart and Soul” and the Oscar-winning “In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening.”
