Working In Neighborhoods' intensive Homebuyer Training Classes provide nine hours of HUD-certified homebuyer education over two consecutive Saturdays (10/17 and 10/24) from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Topics include: home inspections, lenders and loans, homeowners insurance, budgeting and money management, and realtors.
You must attend both classes in the same series to receive your certificate. Registration can be completed online or by phone through Wednesday, October 14.
