ArtLocal Art Show Presented By ArtsConnect™
The art show will kick off on Friday, November 8 with the themed evening artist reception. Meet the artists, enjoy desserts, strolling entertainers, and live music. New this year, ArtsConnect will hold a student show featuring young and upcoming work or local high school artists. An artist awards ceremony will be held at 9pm. Most of the artwork will be available for sale with full proceeds going directly to the local artists.
The gallery will reopen on Saturday, November 9 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for art lovers to take a closer look, and enjoy or purchase the art at their leisure.
All ArtLocal artwork will be entered for the show's three cash awards; 1st place will win $150, 2nd place will win $100 and 3rd place will win $50. The award announcements will be made on Friday, October 8 at 9p.m. A ribbon will be awarded for "People's Choice" on Saturday.
Guest admission to attend the art show either day is free.
