Community Breathwork for Mental and Physical Performance & Recovery Join us for a guided AnooWay Breathwork experience designed to support both your physical performance and mental resilience. Hosted in the unique environment of the climbing gym, this session offers a powerful opportunity to reset your nervous system, release tension stored in the body, and access a deeper level of focus and presence. We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided awareness, followed by an active breathwork practice to help clear stress, improve oxygen utilization, and enhance mind-body connection. You’ll then be guided through an integrative meditation to support recovery, clarity, and a sense of calm strength. This experience is especially supportive for climbers and athletes looking to: • Improve breath control and endurance • Reduce stress and performance anxiety • Enhance recovery and mobility • Build mental focus and presence • Release tension held in the body...even the stress you're not aware you've stored and carry. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are. The session will be held in the climbing gym. Please bring a blanket and/or pillow for your own desired level of comfort. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water, if desired. About the Facilitator: Your facilitator, Erica Hull, is a seasoned medical practitioner, functional medicine provider and AnooWay Breathwork Method founder who has worked with thousands of clients.
