ROYAL Theatre Company Presents Annie Jr.
Based on the popular comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, with a beloved book and score by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, Annie Jr. features everyone’s favorite little redhead in her very first adventure.
The four performances of Annie Jr. will be: Friday, November 8th at 7:00 PM; Saturday, November 9th at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM; and Sunday, November 10th at 2:00 PM. VIP reserved seating tickets can be purchased for any show for $28 each, while supplies last, and general admission reserved seating tickets for any show can be purchased for $18 each. All tickets can be purchased online beginning September 23rd at ROYALTheatreCompany.com and at the door starting one hour before each show.
With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. “Annie teaches us that family isn’t always blood - it’s the people who love and support us. We feel this is especially true at ROYAL Theatre Company where we strive to have everyone feel like they are a part of our ROYAL family,” said Karen Kilgore, President of ROYAL Theatre Company.
ROYAL Theatre Company and the Annie Jr. Cast are proud to support and give back to Myles Ahead Animal Sanctuary and Rescue, Inc. We will be taking donations of dog food (Purina if possible), cat food, scoopable cat litter, toys for dogs, and toys for cats.
