Raised in Yonkers, NY, Ryan absorbed Irish and Irish American music through the thriving New York Trad Scene, rising through the ranks as a Champion step dancer. Now a sought-after singer and guitarist on the New York City circuit, Ryan’s debut EP - My Side of the Ocean - is a modern take on classic Irish diaspora songs with a dancer’s lift and energy, featuring guest appearances from some of North America’s best trad musicians.
