Irish Coffee Cocktail Class
Irish Coffee - created by Joe Sheridan in the Shannon airport in 1943. Popularized by the San Franciscan Buena Vista Cafe in the 50s. There they would serve over 2000 Irish Coffees using Tullemore DEW. We will learn to make the perfect Irish Coffee, which could be argued to be the Dead Rabbit in New York.
