Heritage Village Museum and The Voice of Black Cincinnati will host On Freedom’s Doorstep: A Celebration of Cincinnati Black History on Saturday, June 6, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Heritage Village Museum in Sharon Woods Park. This event celebrates the lives and contributions of Black Cincinnatians from the city’s chartering in 1788 to the end of World War I in 1919.

Admission to On Freedom’s Doorstep: A Celebration of Cincinnati Black History
Advance online tickets will be available for $8 per person closer to the event. At the door, admission is $10 per adult ages 12-64. Adults ages 65+, children ages 4-11, and SNAP beneficiaries with identification are $5. Heritage Village Museum members and all children under 3 are free.
