Winter asks us to slow down, reflect, tend and rest. It invites us to remember the cycles and rhythms of life, acknowledging what has come before and trusting in what will come ahead. Our modern society doesn't always align with and support this way of living, the change of pace, the ebb and flow of transitions.
Through the lens of the Enneagram, we will explore fears that drive us and habitual patterns that play out subconsciously and reactively. This is in service of alchemization, of bringing the darkness to light, of loosening our grip on what keeps us stuck so that more life may flow through. You do not need to know your Enneagram type or anything about the tool to participate, and you are also welcome to join us if you do - this workshop will meet you where you are.
A few notes...
- Handouts will be provided and you may also wish to bring a journal if that is where you prefer to keep notes
- You can expect some time for receiving content and teachings on the ego, the Enneagram, and fear + time for self-reflection and group sharing
- Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for getting settled and supporting the time we have together in this container
- You may wish to make space for integration after this workshop - time to be in nature, to create, to reflect
- If you want to learn more about the Enneagram, join us in January for a full deep dive of the framework and types, and check out enneagraminstitute.com in the meantime. Note that tests are only about 50%
