Participants will be able to:
Understand the Psychological Factors Influencing Financial Behavior through exploring how emotions, cognitive biases, and mental frameworks impact financial decisions, including spending, saving, and investing habits.
Identify Common Financial Biases and Behaviors by recognizing key cognitive biases and how they lead to irrational financial decisions.
Develop Strategies for Improving Financial Decision-Making by introducing practical tools and techniques to mitigate biases, manage financial stress, and foster healthier financial habits, leading to more informed and effective financial decisions.
