We know how easy it is to get caught up in the “holiday hustle,” feeling pressured to over-plan, over-commit, and overextend ourselves. But we truly believe there’s a different way to move through this season— one that’s focused on being present, finding joy in small moments, and creating memories that fill us up rather than drain us. Over the course of the week experience a mix of guided mindfulness practices such as body scan meditations, mindful movement and yoga, breathing exercises, and sound bath meditations to help you stay grounded and calm during stressful family gatherings and holiday events.
Whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for years or are brand new to it, this event is designed to be accessible for everyone. Each practice is simple, gentle, and meant to bring a sense of peace and balance to your holiday experience.
