Brianza Wine Series: South Africa
Owner, winemaker, and sommelier, Vino Tony, leads this educational and sampling class featuring wines from South Africa. This country has long been overlooked regarding quality wines, but that is changing rapidly. Most vines were brought in from France so there is a high concentration of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
We will be sampling a minimum of six South African wines and comparing a couple of them against their French counterparts. Tony will discuss variances in style and how to pick out the best values. $30 per person. Reserve your spot while seats are still available.
