Brianza Wine Series: Santa Barbara County, CA
Join owner, winemaker, and sommelier, Vino Tony for this class featuring wines from the famed Santa Barbara County in California. We will be sampling a minimum of six wines from Santa Barbara including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. Tony will describe why this region is perfect for certain varietals and how to choose the best values in the wine section.
We will also tie in trivia regarding the famed movie “Sideways” that starred Thomas Haden Church and Paul Giamatta that was filmed in Santa Barbara. We will discuss what makes this region such a terrific vacation destination. Cost is $30 per person. Stay after for live music featuring Jeff Blackburn that starts at 2:30.
