It's hot! Get tropical with The Junglebird rum cocktail, learn about aperitifs, and craft a personalized syrup. Local mixologist Daisy Webb invites you to step into the world of thoughtful cocktail making with a guided aperitif tasting and a clear, approachable breakdown of what makes a drink truly balanced. In this hands-on class, you’ll create your own herbal tea infused syrup to take home, then learn proper shaking technique while crafting a refreshing take on the classic Jungle Bird. We’ll close with a mocktail workshop, so you leave with a zero-proof drink that’s just as intentional and satisfying.
