Work in various art mediums while learning how to practice mindfulness. Begin class with a guided meditation, followed by an art project using a different medium each week. Projects to include: basket weaving, Japanese rock wrapping, and creative drawing. Learn how to practice mindfulness not only in your artmaking, but in your everyday life. Having previously taken “Art and Mindfulness 1” is encouraged, but not required.
No makeup classes will be made available in the case of illness or inclement weather
