Knife Skills: We Don’t Need Those Stinkin’ Gadgets!
Kitchen Class for Ages 16+
Thursday, January 29th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm
Hone your knife skills while preparing a quick dinner of seared chicken cutlet with guacamole, black bean and charred corn pilaf, and tropical fruit salsa. Single-purpose tools clog up our kitchens and get crammed in the back of drawers. Tackle common cutting tasks with confidence using just chef and paring knives. You will incorporate ingredients across different components to create a cohesive meal, and learn how to turn your leftovers into something quite different for lunch the next day, all while discussing un-used and unneeded gadgets. Class is for students 16+, students work in pairs. Please register by January 25th at noon.
