Students will learn basic cooking and kitchen safety skills while preparing the menus listed below. This class is for ages 7-10 year old students.
Week 1: Tacos, Mexican Street Corn, Fruit Salad
Week 2: Spaghetti from Scratch, Marinara, Tossed Salad, and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Kitchen Safety and Sanitation
Knife Skills
Bake, Boil, Simmer, etc.

Students work in pairs
Enjoy all you’d like to eat in class, and take leftovers home with you!
