Join Certified Sound Therapist and Yoga Instructor Jessica Kirschner for a deeply restorative two-hour class that pairs a 50-minute slow flow yoga practice with a 60-minute sound healing experience, offering a perfect blend of movement and relaxation. The gentle yoga class is suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to those with more experience. After the yoga session, we will transition into a grounding sound bath meditation. You will be immersed in a soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
