Bombs Away! Comedy and Commonwealth Sanctuary are proud to present the Crosstown Comedy Festival, a comedy contest and celebration of the best comedians from Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and across the country to compete to win the Festival. Join us each week on Thursdays at Commonwealth Sanctuary and Saturdays at Bombs Away! Comedy @ The Comet as we laugh and celebrate local comedy.
Each Round the audience will vote for their favorite Rookie and Veteran Comedians to move on to the next round. Comedians that move on will perform at the other participating venue in the next round. The Finals are August 29th at Commonwealth Sanctuary, and the Best of Fest featuring the best non finalists in the contest is on August 30th. Both shows are headlined by Marcella Arguello. The Winners will receive a cash prize and future bookings at both comedy clubs. Winning comedians each round will be decided by a combination of audience vote and judges scores.

Chris Siemer has affectionately been described as the Midwest’s most endearing moral degenerate, but if you ask him, he's just misunderstood. With stories and musings from his own misfortune and woe, Chris tells it like he sees it with vivid imagery and little, to no, apologies. With appearances at Cincy Brew Ha Ha, Arch City Comedy Festival, Whiskey Bear Comedy Festival, and being selected to be a feature performer at the Crossroads Comedy Festival, Chris has been making an impression in the Midwest Standup Scene.

Reserves your seat until 10 min before show time. If you have not arrived or contacted us before this time your seat may be given to someone on the wait list.
Your tickets are available for refund up to 24 hours before door time of listed show. Bombs Away! Comedy will allow transfer of ticket to a future show as available if you are unable to attend or your ticket is not eligible for refund.
