And to top it all off, we’ll be serving one of his legendary pastries, the Maritozzi. tuna crudo- bagna vert, blood orange & fennel arancini- carnaroli rice, crab & 'nduja chicory salad- kohlrabi, pecorino, poppyseed, and preserved tomatoes pizza al taglio- octopus, tomato conserva, preserved lemon & calabrian chili pasta rotolo- roasted mushrooms, taleggio cream & balsamico smoked short rib- white corn polenta, parmigiano reggiano & green peppercorn gremolata dessert: Maritozzi sfogliatella
